In our gym we have a wide range of fitness equipment available, ranging from Life Fitness cardio machines, to high quality Life Fitness resistance and free weight sections.
Our pool, sauna and steam room offer the perfect relaxation after your workout helping you achieve your fitness goals.
You don’t have to be a resident or a member to enjoy our wonderful leisure club, you can also book onto one of our extremely popular leisure days which offers a relaxed and informal atmosphere with a choice of activities for all to enjoy. You will be greeted by our friendly team at the leisure club with a refreshing arrival drink, relax and unwind with a fabulous treatment and full use of the facilities, finish your day in our tranquil leisure lounge whilst enjoying our delicious afternoon tea.

(Over 16’s only can use the Sauna, Jacuzzi, Steam room & Gym)
